Information regarding .

Every player needs to have completed registration for the tournament prior to playing. Unrated players will be observed during the tournament and will be assigned a provisional rating. The rating can be reevaluated at any time during the tournament if our staff receives complaints or observes the player further and believes the rating is too low.

If that happens, he/she may be at risk of being disqualified from playoffs or finals if the team roster is no longer in compliance with the corresponding division. Any team that is not compliant due to the player's confirmed rating will need to make a choice of dropping the player OR understand that the entire team will not be allowed to participate during playoffs or finals, if they qualify. This is one of the risks captains take by bringing unrated players.

It is recommended you assume your unrated player is your "higher rated" player on your roster. We offer open gyms throughout the week to get your players rated. Take advantage of the opportunities.

Pool Play consists of 4 matches or 8 games (4-25, 27 pt. cap).

Playoffs consist of 1 game (0-25, no cap). Two Divisions will be created after the completion of Pool Play, if the number of registered teams allows this (minimum 8 teams). If 8 or more teams register, the top 4 teams based on their pool play seed will move on to the Advance Division; the next 4 teams will move to the Intermediate Division for Playoffs. Only 8 teams max will make it to playoffs.

Awards given for 1st and 2nd Place teams.
